Hey guys! FINALLY I’m getting back to my rants! :DD It makes me happy to be able to talk again. This time’s rant? Gloves or no gloves?
So it’s been getting colder and I’ve been getting lazier about going out to train… (Please tell me I’m not the only one who’s hit this “it’s too cold out” wall?) But I went out today and I did some cycles of jumping rope and just breathing.
You know, even though it’s been getting chilly and the weather has been really unfriendly this fall (if we can even call it that), I think I’m going to tough it out the best I can. The cold is no reason for anyone to use as an excuse for not training. At least condition in your own homes or go for a brisk walk during the week.
I like to knock things out in the mornings, so maybe that’s a suggestion for you guys too! Since it’s getting dark earlier in the evening, maybe go for a little training before or after lunch or maybe after you’ve digested breakfast. Go out, move! Do something to boost yourselves. :)
And always remember to be safe.
